Click File - New Pax File. Then select Original File and Modified File by double-clicking then. After selecting files, press "Next".

The program starts scanning files for differences and at the end of the scan the program asks for details about the PAX and Original file.

Note : The info.txt file should be edited first to show your own information. Finally a PAX file is created.
